We will also take leakage prevention measures by fundamentally prohibiting physical removal of personal information.
Disclosure, Correction, Suspension of Use, and Deletion of Personal Information
If a customer lawfully requests our firm to disclose, correct, suspend the use of, or delete their information, and if we are able to confirm that said customer possesses the right to make such a request, we will respond swiftly and without objection.
Familiarize Employees and Other Related Parties
In order to execute this policy, our firm will ensure that all employees and other related parties know and are familiar with the policy.
